First, install condensed gas-fired boiler energy saver;
There is 18% of water vapor in gas exhaustion of gas-fired boiler, its large amount of latent heat has not being used, exhaust temperatures is high, heat consumption is large. After natural gas is burning, it will still emit nitrogen oxides, a small amount of sulfur dioxide and other pollutants. Reducing fuel consumption is the best way to reduce costs, condensed gas-fired boiler energy saver can be directly installed in the existing boiler flue, to recycle the energy from high temperature gas so as to reduce fuel consumption, economic efficiency is obvious, while the water vapor would condense and absorb nitrogen oxides in the flue gas, sulfur dioxide and other pollutants, reduce emissions, which has important environmental significance.
Second, apply thecondensingwaste heat recoveryboiler technology;
In the traditional boiler, exhaust gas temperature is generally from 160 to 250℃, the flue gas’ water vapor is still in the superheated state, it can not be condensed into liquid waterand thus releasing vaporized latent heat. It is well known that boiler’s thermal efficiency is calculated from fuel’s low heat value, while the vaporized latent heat loss in fuel’s high calorific value is not considered. Therefore, the traditional boiler’s thermal efficiency is usually only 87% to 91%. While the condensing heat recovery boiler can lower the exhaust gas temperature to 50 – 70℃, fully recovery of the sensible heat in flue gas and the water vapor’s condensed latent heat, to enhance the thermal efficiency, and the condensed water can also be recycled.
Third,the end ofboiler uses waste heat recovery technology;
Under the certain economic and technological conditions, waste heat does not have the used energy in the energy using equipment, so it is the redundant and obsolete energy. It includes high-temperature exhaust heat, the cooling medium heat, waste gas and waste heat, high temperature products and slag waste heat, chemical reaction heat, combustible waste gas and waste heat, and seven other high-pressure fluid and pressure. According to the survey, total waste heat resources of all sectors accounts for about 17% to 67% of its fuel consumption, and the total recyclable waste heat is about 60% of the waste heat’s total resources.
